Health Care Assistant Job Summary
We have an exciting Health Care Assistant opportunity for band 2 Health Care Assistants to join the Out of Hours team and will include part time hours of 2 x 11.5 hour shifts per week between the hours of 8pm and 8am.
Applications are invited from health care assistants who wish to join a friendly, dynamic and progressive team based within City Health Care Partnership CIC Out of Hours Nursing team.
Health Care Assistant Main Duties
The service operates across Hull and East Riding and your role will include working alongside the registered nurses to provide care for patients requiring nursing intervention in their own home. You must be flexible in your approach to practice, have excellent communication skills, be adaptable and be able to lead and drive forward change ensuring patient safety is maintained at all times.
You will be joining dynamic and proactive nursing teams which working in partnership with associated health and social care providers. This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy developing new ways of working and working under their own initiative.
The ability to commute within CHCP CIC’s geographical areas with access to appropriate means of transport is essential.
