Hearts at Home Home Care is expanding its team and looking for caring, compassionate Health Care Assistants to support adults living at home with a range of needs throughout the local area.

Health Care Assistant Main Duties

-Provide personal care

– Organise and maintain household items and supplies
– Assist with meal preparation and cooking
– Run errands, such as grocery shopping or picking up dry cleaning
– Provide companionship and engage in activities with the client
– Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing, if required
– Help with medication reminders, if needed

Health Care Assistant Requirements:
-Driving Licence (Full UK Licence)

-Access to your own vehicle

-Sponsorship may be considered if necessary.
– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to follow instructions and work independently
– Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
– Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and bending
– Compassionate and patient demeanour
