Job summary
The HR team at WHTH are recruiting to this permanent, full-time post based at Watford General Hospital.
The role is a fast past entry-level position within a team that has a proven track-record of promoting and developing its team members.
This role is suitable for entry-level administrators, aspiring for a career in Human Resources.

Main duties of the job
The postholder is primarily responsible for the administration and onboarding of temporary medical staff, but is expected to provide support to the Team in respect of the wider remit of the Medical Resourcing team as required.
The successful applicant will be expected to develop a wide base of HR knowledge, the ability to provide excellent customer-focussed service and performance against tight deadlines. The role requires a highly organised and motivated individual, with an ability to effectively prioritise tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
