Main duties will include assisting the ward team with the delivery of good patient care whilst maintaining a clean, tidy and safe ward environment conductive to high standards of patient care.

 

Health Care Assistant Main duties

We are pleased to offer a vacancy for a caring and motivated Health Care Support Worker to join us on Fleming ward at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.

Fleming Ward specializes in respiratory medicine. Main duties will include assisting the ward team with the delivery of patient care whilst maintaining a clean, tidy and safe ward environment conducive to high standards of patient care.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a caring and empathetic approach and an ability to relate positively to staff, patients and visitors. Significant and relevant work/social experience which has utilised skills and knowledge that could be of benefit to this post are desirable.

This post will involve working shifts including night duty.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
