The role involves a shift pattern that includes weekends.

**About You:**

While experience is preferred, it’s not essential, as full training will be provided. Your empathetic and warm-hearted approach will be key. Holding an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care would be advantageous, or a willingness to work towards this qualification. We offer full support in obtaining this qualification through a fully funded apprenticeship provided by external providers. Excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the compassion required to deliver the highest standard of person-centered care are essential.
