Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT) is now accepting applications for the CQUPT-CSC Fully Funded Scholarship 2025 under the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) initiative. The program, managed by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) under China’s Ministry of Education, offers full scholarships covering tuition fees, university accommodation (shared room), comprehensive medical insurance, and monthly stipends (CNY 3,000 for Master’s students and CNY 3,500 for Doctoral candidates). Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health, hold a Bachelor’s (for Master’s) or Master’s (for Doctoral) degree, and meet specific language requirements (IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL 80 for English-taught programs or HSK 4 for Chinese-taught programs).
