  What it Takes to Join Emirates Cabin Crew Team

  Emirates seeks individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess excellent interpersonal skills. To be considered, you must:

  • Be fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Be a strong team player with a positive and approachable demeanor.
  • Meet height requirements (at least 160cm tall with an arm reach of 212cm).
  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Have at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • Possess a minimum of high school education (Grade 12).
  • Have no visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform.

  Selected candidates will embark on an intensive seven-and-a-half-week training program at Emirates’ state-of-the-art facility in Dubai. This comprehensive program covers:
