Job Summary: Full time Nannies/Housekeeper vacancy has become available in Highgate working for two professional parents. All 3 children attend educational settings on a full-time basis therefore, the role will include caring for the children after-school and during school holidays.
The Housekeeper element of the role will include daily cleaning, ironing and cooking for the family.
The right Nanny (nannies) will be hardworking and organised. They will have a calm nature and able to be discrete while working within the household.
They will enjoy spending time with children and be able to communicate effectively with children of this age group. They will be safety-conscious when having children in their charge.
2+ years of relevant experience are needed with up to date DBS and reference documents.
You must be a driver and be able to travel with the family for periods of 1-2 weeks.
General duties:
- Cooking fresh meals for the family
- Cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Standard nanny duties following the children’s routine
- Helping with homework and listening to reading
- Assisting with school pickups and drop offs
- Organising play dates
- Helping the children bathe and prepare for bed
- Keeping the children entertained and safe at all times
Candidate Requirements:
- 2 years+ experience with a similar role
- Valid UK driver’s license and confident driving in and around London
- Able to travel with the family for 1-2 weeks at a time
- Flexible to carry out housekeeping as well as Nanny duties
- Valid DBS check
