Health Care Assistant Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Band 3 Health care Assistant to join the North Hull and East riding Nursing and Conditions community team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated health care assistant to work within our community nursing teams, providing holistic high quality nursing care to a dedicated client group.
Health Care Assistant Main Duties
The successful applicants should be motivated and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience of community nursing is not essential.
The ability to commute within CHCP CIC’s geographical areas with access to appropriate means of transport is essential.
