Health Care Assistant Job Summary
We are looking to recruit a dynamic and innovative Band 3 Health Care Assistant to work with the Beverley Community Nursing Team for the Integrated Nursing and Conditions services within CHCP CIC. This will be a permanent contract within the team.
The successful applicant will be joining an integrated community nursing team delivering holistic high quality nursing care to a dedicated client group.
Health Care Assistant Main Duties
The health care assistant will be joining a dynamic and proactive nursing team working in partnership with associated health and social care providers. This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy developing new ways of working and working under their own initiative.
The ability to commute within the geographical area with access to an appropriate means of transport is essential.
Experience of community nursing is advantageous but not essential as full training, support and development will be provided.
