The Data Analyst will engaged in gathering and organising variety of data and analyse it to understand.
- Data Gathering: Accessing and compiling data from databases, APIs, Surveys, or external sources tailored to organizational needs.
- Data Cleaning and Validation: Ensuring data accuracy by eliminating inconsistencies, handling missing values, and rectifying duplicates.
- Data Structuring: Organizing raw data into structured formats, such as spreadsheets or database tables, to enable seamless analysis.
- Analyzing the organized data to understand trends, patterns, and relationships.
- The Data Analyst will make data accessible to stakeholders, create visual representations of their findings.
- Developing visual aids, such as bar charts, line graphs, and scatter plots, to represent data trends.
- Building interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel for real-time data exploration.
- Summarizing data insights into detailed reports for internal or external stakeholders.
Skils required:
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
- Knowledge of Python, R, SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Databases: Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Expertise in creating clear visualizations and dashboards.
- Communicating complex data findings effectively.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Writing reports and presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working with teams across departments.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Adhering to data privacy regulations like GDPR.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any of Data science, Computer science, any engineering or Information Technology
- Master degree in any engineering discipline or relevant is a bonus.
