Health Care Assistant Required for immediate start:

International Female Care Workers with the ability to drive within the UK.

Fixed term Sponsorship/ COS available for the right candidates within the UK.

We are Deben Willow Care Ltd based within Woodbridge. We are a privately-owned provider of care services within the community. We are looking for committed Community Care Workers to join our existing team.

As a member of our community care team, you will visit clients in their own homes helping them to remain independent supporting them and offering services including personal care, medication support, companionship amongst a non-exhaustive list of support tasks that support and assist individuals to remain independent, safe, happy and content within their own home environment.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a range of skills including knowledge within the sector, empathy, self-awareness, effective communication as well as traits as a positive carer and demonstrating the high levels of care and service delivery.

We offer a 45 hour per week contract, on a two-week fixed roster.

There is the opportunity for additional overtime should you wish to supplement holiday and staff absence.
