Health Care Assistant Job summary
This is an exciting Health Care Assistant opportunity to join a dynamic immunisation team delivering vaccines across a variety of sites around Dunmow, Braintree and Saffron Waldon. The successful candidate will attend clinical sessions delivering vaccines in schools as well as supporting the teams in community clinic settings.
The successful Health Care Assistant candidate should be prepared to undertake the care certificate with support from the training team.

Main duties of the job
Support the team
Manage pupils and deal with anxiety
Monitor pupils who feel unwell post vaccine
Help maintain cold chain and monitor vaccine use
Monitor stock levels
Assist the team in the smooth running of sessions
Contact parents and book appointments
