Health Care Assistant Job summary
We have an exciting Health Care Assistant opportunity to join our fantastic team based in Bury St Edmunds, we are looking for a Band 3 health care assistant that is passionate about recovery led care with a focus on promoting least restrictive practice on Northgate Ward, our mixed sex Adult Acute Inpatient, and Southgate, our Adult Acute Inpatient unit based at Wedgwood House.
Both wards provide intense treatment for service users who are at their most vulnerable. Our team provides care and treatment at the most critical time in their mental health recovery and supports services users with a variety of diagnoses. We also deliver our care alongside a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled staff; our staff are specialist within mental health and we work with established staffing levels to minimise risks and to work in a therapeutic way.
