We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our surgery and also become part of the proactive care team. Job description

Job responsibilities

 

Assist in the delivery of patient care, supporting the clinical team with day-to-day tasks.

Conduct health checks and routine measurements as directed by healthcare professionals.

Collaborate with the proactive care team to identify and implement preventive care measures.

Support patients in managing their health conditions through education and guidance.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

 

 

Person Specification

Qualifications

Desirable

  • Relevant qualification as a Health Care Assistant care certificate and phlebotomy skills desirable.

Experience

Essential

  • Previous experience in general practice .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
