We are looking for Health Care Assistant who is driven, compassionate and professional individual to join our team of highly skilled, well trained care staff. Our residents receive an exceptionally high standard of person-centred care and we are looking to expand our team. As Health Care Assistant you will offer our residents varying levels of support with all aspects of daily living including physical assistance and support to engage in meaningful activities.
Key requirements for this role:
- You must be over 18 to apply
- A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
- A passion for helping other, previous caring experience is desirable but not essential
- To live locally or be a driver with a car. This is a mandatory requirement to apply
- You should be flexible to work various shifts, including alternate weekends
- This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
