About the Health Care Assistant Role:
We are currently expanding our health care assistant team and looking for dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Workers to join our growing healthcare service across multiple locations. As part of our Home Office-compliant onboarding process, we are happy to consider applications from individuals who have been displaced from other care providers due to licence issues.
Health Care Assistant Benefit
• Competitive pay: £12.82 per hour
• Full-time hours: 37.5 hours/week

Health Care Assistant Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of care experience in the UK
• Must be based in or near one of the listed locations
• Right to work in the UK (or in process of Home Office transfer)
• Willingness to complete mandatory NVQ Level 2 training
• Commitment to 12 weeks of uninterrupted shift work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and reliable approach to care
