You will be part of a supportive nursing team working alongside other Health Care Assistant and Practice Nurses to deliver high quality care for our patients.
We need you to be confident in wound care and ideally vaccinations and immunisations; we are able to support your learning in other areas of Primary Care.
Barnby Gate Surgery has 14,000 patients and is based in the lovely market town of Newark. We have a diverse population and you will provide a wide range of healthcare to them including helping them manage their long term conditions to improve the quality of their lives.
We are looking for someone to work 24 hours per week, but can be flexible with this and the salary would be between £25,000 to £28,000 pro rata depending one experience.
This is a varied role caring for our patients, many of whom have long term conditions.
You will be a committed clinician putting our patients at the heart of what you do; you will also need to be a great team player working with your colleagues to get the best outcomes for patients.
Barnby Gate Surgery is a friendly practice where we aim to provide great care for our patients. We have a mix of roles including prescribing nurses and pharmacists working alongside our GPs to provide holistic care.
The nursing team has a mix of highly skilled nurses and healthcare assistants working to improve the health and wellbeing of our patients. We provide lots of development opportunities within the team and have recently encouraged staff to train as Nurse Associates or as Registered Nurses.
