What You’ll Do:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, and medication administration.
- Safely transport fellow staff members to and from client visits, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.
- Follow the care plan and tasks provided through our Birdie App, reporting any deviations or concerns to management.
- Engage with clients to ensure their individual needs are met while maintaining their dignity and independence.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, safeguarding practices, and regulations.

What We Need From You:
- A full UK driving licence or in-date international licence.
- Access to a vehicle suitable for work with Class 1 business insurance.
- A passion for helping others and delivering outstanding care.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Registration or willingness to register with Social Care Wales.
