Health Care Assistant Role
As a Health Care Assistant, you’ll be supporting individuals with a variety of needs, helping them live comfortably and safely at home. Your role will include:
✅ Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, etc.)
✅ Assisting with medication support
✅ Helping with mobility (including the use of equipment)
✅ Supporting with meal preparation and feeding
✅ Providing companionship and emotional support
✅ Assisting with light household tasks (laundry, cleaning, etc.)
✅ Encouraging hobbies, activities, and social engagement
What We’re Looking For
✔ A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for business use
✔ Ability to work evenings and weekends (shift patterns are fixed once agreed, with changes requiring 4 weeks’ notice)
✔ A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
✔ Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
✔ No prior experience needed – full training provided!
