Astar Homecare Ltd are currently recruiting for full time and part time staff in Colchester and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves in having a highly skilled, highly motivated team, who go above and beyond for all.
Experience in being a care assistant is preferred but not essential as full training will be given as well as the company supporting you in your career progression.
We can offer sponsorship schemes if you are currently in the UK.
Must hold a current driving license or be able to get around different houses in one specific area (ie bicycle)
We also offer a scheme to offer you a bicycle to get you around if you do not have this option.
We aim to give our care assistant block areas to work within and provide continuity with all our staff and clients.
We support clients with all different identified needs and this ranges from Dementia to end of life to mental health. Some of our clients are supported with personal care, some companionship and some a bit of everything.
This vacancy is subject to an Enhance DBS, this is paid for through the company. You get paid for mandatory training.
PLEASE NOTE: You are required to hold a driving license, or have means of transport as this is community based working.
We also provide fuel cards for mileage.
We are also looking for bank staff who have the option to work when needed.
