NHS Administrator Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a 1 year, NHS Administrator fixed term contract post as an administrator to support the call and recall immunisation service, base to be confirmed.
We are looking for an experienced candidate with an excellent level of administration, interpersonal and organisational skills. You will also need to be computer literate with experience of MS Word and Excel and will be given full training on SystmOne as well as other internal systems.
We are looking for Administrator with a positive, dynamic and compassionate approach to supporting patient care.
Successful candidates will be expected to make outbound calls as well as receive inbound calls and to complete data inputting on SystmOne.
You will be expected to work in the organisation, providing services in a professional, efficient, friendly and polite manner.
You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work. This is an excellent career development opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who wishes to pursue an administrative career in the NHS.
A full, clean driving license is desirable for this post and use of a car.
Main duties of the job
Main duties include but are not limited to:
Telephone support, receiving and making calls to parents including making appointments on SystmOne and general queries relating to service delivery
Data inputting on SystmOne
Maintain smooth running of the office, including stationery audits
Support with clinic venue organising and booking

Here at EPUT we maintain our own bank of specialist staff to ensure that we are able offer safe and effective care at all times.
All our permanent staff are automatically enrolled onto the staff bank however this does not mean you have to work any additional shifts, but the option is there for you if you wish.
