We have an exciting opportunity for a Health care Assistant to join our team at HMP Dovegate, a category B Prison located in Uttoxeter
Hours HMP Dovegate offers a rolling rota – days only.
Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £27195 per annum – depending on experience. Part time considered.

Health care Assistant Main duties
As a Health care Assistant, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Provide outstanding evidence based case to our patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them. You will contribute to and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinics.

Qualifications required
- Evidence of CPD
- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care
- A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills and IT literacy
