We are looking for Care Assistant to join our teams to lift the lives of clients and their families.

We provide care assistant roles to people in their own homes. We have part time and full time roles. You must have a car for this role.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our clients.

Typical day to day duties may include companionship, personal care, medication administration, moving & handling and support with eating and drinking. This includes supporting people to go to the toilet so it is important you are comfortable with this.

But care is so much more than just practical tasks. You will also be working with people to understand their passions and help them achieve them. You will help them go out and about and really get to know them so you can lift their lives and they can lift yours.

Requirements:

  • Driving is essential. You must have a car.
  • The health care assistant should have a Minimum 6 months care experience is preferred but not essential
  • The health care assistant will be required to  work alternate weekend availability is required
  • The health care assistant should have a smartphone with access to data to use our technology
  • The health care assistant should have passion for care
  • The health care assistant should have strong written and verbal communication skill
