Overview:
We are seeking a Registered general nurse who is dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities:
– Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
– Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures
– Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
– Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans as needed
– Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures
– Assist in the coordination of patient discharge planning
Qualifications:
– Valid Registered Nurse license in [state]
– Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
– Proven experience in providing direct patient care
– Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
