We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of sales administration processes. This role is essential in maintaining effective communication between the sales team and other departments, ensuring that all sales-related activities are executed efficiently.
Sales Administrator Duties:
– Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports and presentations.
– Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
– Assist in processing sales orders and coordinating with relevant departments for timely delivery.
– Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
– Organise sales meetings, including scheduling appointments and preparing necessary materials.
– Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management as required.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
Skills
– Proficient in office software, particularly Excel and Outlook, with strong computer literacy.
– Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues.
– Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role is advantageous.
– Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
– Familiarity with IT systems and software relevant to sales processes.
– A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of work.
