Zest Care are looking for compassionate and committed Senior Healthcare Assistants to provide quality care to our clients in Doncaster and surrounding areas, working in a variety of care settings.

● Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being at all times.

● Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding, in accordance with their individual care plans.

● Administer medications accurately and safely, following prescribed protocols and guidelines, and maintain proper documentation of medication administration.

● Monitor residents’ health and vital signs, report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals, and provide appropriate interventions as necessary.

● Supervise and support healthcare assistants, providing guidance to ensure the delivery of exceptional care standards.

● Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents, their families, and colleagues, promoting empathy, dignity, and compassion in all interactions.


● Right to work in the UK

● Minimum of 6 months experience a care role in the UK.

● NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is essential.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with residents and colleagues.

● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.

● A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.

● Flexibility on travel – some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport

● Clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
