Connect Appointments is currently seeking a proficient Computer Refurb Operator to join our client’s team in East Kilbride.

Shifts Pattern: Monday to Friday, from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm.

Pay rates: £10.42 per hour (increasing based on experience/tenure). Weekend overtime paid at 1.5 times.

As a Computer Refurb Operator, your role will involve confidently identifying crucial components of a system/laptop, including HDDs/SSDs, RAM, and CPUs. You will navigate a Windows-based workstation to utilize the client database, access emails, and perform various miscellaneous tasks. Meeting hourly and daily targets while effectively managing your workload is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Computer Refurb Operator:

1. Identify and repair computer hardware and software issues.
2. Provide technical support to clients and colleagues.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot computer problems.
4. Maintain accurate records of repairs and servicing.
5. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
7. Maximize productivity by multitasking while maintaining concentration and accuracy.
